Baltisse to acquire a 22.6% stake in Recticel from Greiner.

Baltisse, an investment office, agreed to acquire a 22.6% stake in Recticel, a firm that specializes in the manufacture and converting of polyurethane foams, from Greiner, a supplier of plastics and foam solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
