Fremman Capital-backed Palex Medical, a company operating in Spanish healthcare market, completed the acquisition of Wacrees, a company engaged in researching the best solutions for vascular and interventional radiology treatments. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Acquiring Wacrees as well as our extensive knowledge of the market in Spain and Portugal means we will have access to new innovative solutions that will strengthen our leadership in the industry and boost our capacity to successfully meet the challenges that healthcare professionals and patients' quality of life demand," Xavier Carbonell, Palex CEO.
