Liberty Seguros to acquire a 50.01% stake in Bankinter Liberty Hogar y Auto from Bankinter.

Liberty Seguros, an insurance company, agreed to acquire a 50.01% stake in Bankinter Liberty Hogar y Auto, a firm focusing on marketing of automobile and homeowners' insurance products and services, from Bankinter, a Spanish financial services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Bankinter's agility, enthusiasm, integrity and originality make a perfect fit with our commitment to technology and modular products.
