Seacrest Exploracao, a closed capital company, completed the acquisition of Norte Capixaba Cluster production fields from Petrobras, a corporation specializing in the petroleum industry, for $544m. “The completion of the Norte Capixaba acquisition is transformative for Seacrest Petroleo.
