Genstar Capital-backed Prometheus Group, a global provider of asset management operations and optimization softwarem, completed the acquisition of S&V, an IT services company with expertise in data and technology services that provide end-to-end data solutions for organizations of any scale. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted to join Prometheus Group family.
