Rede D’Or São Luiz, a healthcare network in Brazil, agreed to merge with Sul America, a healthcare and insurance services provider, in a $3.1bn deal. The Transaction encompasses two leaders in the Brazilian healthcare market, combining the largest hospital network with one of the major independent insurance companies in the country.
