Morgan Stanley Capital Partners-backed Educate 360 to acquire Velopi.

Morgan Stanley Capital Partners-backed Educate 360, a professional training partner, agreed to acquire Velopi, a provider of project management training and consultancy services in Europe. Financial terms were not disclosed. The partnership will provide Educate 360 with more reach into the European market and the ability to continue and expand upon Velopi's existing business relationships.
