OceanSound Partners-backed RMA Group completed the acquisition of CSI Services.

OceanSound Partners-backed RMA Group, a provider of technology-enabled laboratory testing, inspection, and quality management services for critical public and private infrastructure assets, completed the acquisition of CSI Services, a specialty coating inspection services business. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Government and commercial customers require specialty coating inspection services to ensure the integrity and safety of their infrastructure assets.
