FE fundinfo to acquire Fundsquare from Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

FE fundinfo, a provider of investment fund data and technology, agreed to acquire Fundsquare, a fund management company, from Luxembourg Stock Exchange. Financial terms were not disclosed. The combination of Fundsquare’s and FE fundinfo’s services is a unique opportunity to combine two complementary businesses and create a pan-European champion in fund data, reporting and infrastructure.
