TA Associates to invest in Micro Merchant Systems.

TA Associates, a growth private equity firm, agreed to invest in Micro Merchant Systems, a provider of pharmacy management software. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With a comprehensive platform addressing the entirety of pharmacy workflows, Micro Merchant Systems has enjoyed strong customer retention and consistent revenue growth.
