UKG completed the acquisition of SpotCues from Pramati Software for $45m.

UKG, a provider of human capital management, HR service delivery, and workforce management solutions, completed the acquisition of SpotCues, a mobile communications platform provider, from Pramati Software, a software company, for $45m. “Workforce management is a crucial experience platform for the frontline workforce.
