Ho Bee Land completed the acquisition of The Scalpel for $960m.

Ho Bee Land, a Singapore-based company that is principally engaged in the property sector, completed the acquisition of The Scalpel, a London-based skyscraper, for $960m. “London has proven to be very resilient in spite of Brexit and the pandemic. It has been able to maintain its position as a key global financial hub with a robust office investment market.
