AFI Europe and Echo Investment to acquire Towarowa 22.

AFI Europe, a real estate development and investment company, and Echo Investment, a commercial real estate property development company, agreed to acquire Towarowa 22, a commercial complex. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are pleased to team-up with Echo Investment in the development of such an important landmark project at the heart of Warsaw’s bustling city center. We strongly believe in the Polish economy, and Towarowa 22 project will significantly increase the volume and scope of AFI Europe’s investments and operations in Poland," Avi Barzilay, AFI Europe CEO.
