Redical completed the acquisition of Leeds shopping centres from Hammerson for £120m.

Redical, a real estate firm, completed the acquisition of Leeds shopping centres from Hammerson, a real estate investment trust, for £120m ($150m). The assets comprise the 19.4k m2 Victoria Quarter shopping gallery, 37.6k m2 Victoria Gate shopping centre, and the inter-linking Wrays Buildings. The proceeds will be used to reduce net debt.
