NNIT Group, a company that offers consultancy services in IT, completed the acquisition of prime4services, a consulting and engineering services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We see a strong strategic and cultural fit with excellent potential for making the NNIT Group one of the largest MES implementation services partners within life sciences.
