Thoma Bravo-backed Imprivata, a provider of access management solutions, agreed to acquire SecureLink, a remote access software designed for technology provider, from Cove Hill Partners, a private equity firm, and Vista Equity Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "While it is an exciting day for Imprivata, our North Star has been and continues to be our customers. This integration will further expand our strategic vision of digital identity in healthcare and beyond," Gus Malezis, Imprivata CEO.
