IGI-backed Test Industry to acquire TS TestingService and TS Gim.

IGI-backed Test Industry, a firm active in the industrial testing sector, agreed to acquire providers of measuring equipment TS TestingService and TS Gim. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The double acquisition will allow Test Industry to grow internationally and establish itself in new European markets. Now we can focus on a greater reinforcement and organization of management so as to adequately support the company's growth path," Paolo Mastrostefano, Test Industry CEO.
