NPM Capital-backed Infinitas Learning to acquire LeYa for $121m.

NPM Capital-backed Infinitas Learning, a provider of innovative products and services for learning and education, agreed to acquire LeYa, an educational and general publishing company, for $121m. “We are delighted that with LeYa we take a new step in our pan-European strategy.
