Brown & Brown, a provider of a range of insurance and reinsurance products and services, agreed to acquire Orchid Underwriters Agency, a provider of property insurance underwriting for high-value properties, and CrossCover Insurance Services, a provider of E&S commercial property solutions, from TowerBrook Capital, a private equity firm.
