Eidsiva Energi, an energy company, completed the acquisition of Stange Energi, an alectric utility company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are happy to have reached an agreement with Stange municipality. This provides the best conditions for a secure power supply for both households and businesses in the municipality," Øistein Andresen, Eidsiva CEO.
