Riskonnect completed the acquisition of Sword GRC from Sword Group.

Riskonnect, an integrated risk management (IRM) solution, completed the acquisition of Sword GRC, an enterprise risk management solution from Sword Group, an international IT and digital transformation company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Sword GRC’s innovative project risk and enterprise risk management software is a natural fit with Riskonnect’s integrated risk management vision and offering,” Jim Wetekamp, Riskonnect’s CEO.
