Infopro Digital to acquire Bindexis from NZZ.

Infopro Digital, a provider of business-to-business information, data and technology services, agreed to acquire Bindexis, a firm that focuses on the monitoring and lead generation of construction projects, from NZZ. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition of Bindexis is part of Infopro Digital's internationalisation strategy and strengthens its European leadership in monitoring and lead generation for construction projects.
