Korelya Capital, a private equity firm, led a $28m funding round in Synapse Medicine, a medication intelligence company, with participation from XAnge, MACSF and BNP Paribas Development. "At Synapse Medicine, we have developed a medication reconciliation solution that simplifies the process and reduces prescribing discrepancies at each transition.
