Lee Equity Partners-backed Solaris Health, a company specializing in specialty healthcare practice management, completed the acquisition of Advanced Urology Institute, a company focused on urology services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “In just eight years, AUI has grown to become the largest, fully integrated urology practice in the Southeastern United States.
