Globe Telecom, a major provider of telecommunications services in the Philippines, Ayala, one of the largest and most diversified business groups in the Philippines, and ST Telemedia Global Data Centres, one of the world’s fastest-growing data center providers, agreed to form a joint venture in a $350m deal.
