Kriska Transportation Group-backed TPT Systems, a licensed and bonded freight shipping and trucking company, completed the acquisition of IQ logistics, a provider of cross-border transportation. Financial terms were not disclosed. “TransPro and iQL have highly compatible operations we look forward to improving our operational strengths with the integration of the teams," Peter Jenkins, TransPro General Manager.
