Mori Trust, a real estate developer, completed the acquisition of the office buildings in Herndon. Financial terms were not disclosed. The property acquired is located near the main road connecting the capital city of Washington, D.C. and Dulles Airport. The area is called Dulles Technology Corridor, and a high-tech cluster is formed where tech companies and data centers that are expected to grow in the future are concentrated.
