Continental Resources, an American petroleum and natural gas exploration and production company, agreed to acquire a minority stake in Summit Carbon Solutions, a renewable energy semiconductor manufacturing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Continental has been actively engaged in limiting our carbon footprint for decades with our pioneering work in horizontal drilling, our invention of ECO-Pad technology and industry-leading gas capture initiatives.
