Battery Ventures-backed Clubessential, a full suite provider of membership and club management solutions to country, golf, city, yacht and other private clubs, and Silver Lake, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire The Assistant Company, a spa and activity software. Financial terms were not disclosed.
