E2open, a provider of a cloud-based supply chain management platform, completed the acquisition of Logistyx Technologies, a parcel and e-commerce shipping company, from from Kidd & Company, a principal investment firm, for $185m. “We are excited to welcome Logistyx Technologies’ team, clients, and capabilities to E2open.
