Entain to acquire Totolotek from Merkur Sportwetten.

Entain, a sports betting and gaming groups, agreed to acquire Totolotek, a betting company, from Merkur Sportwetten, a national and international sports betting business. Financial terms were not disclosed. Entain is one of the largest players in the European and American gambling industry. It has over a dozen casino and bookmaking brands in its portfolio. Among them, two are most recognisable on the Polish market: Bwin and Ladbrokes.
