Resposible Capital, an investment firm, agreed to acquire a 90% stake in Gemelli Molise, a provider of health care services, from Fondazione Gemelli, a general hospital. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We focus on Molise and invest in Gemelli, in Campobasso, with the aim of promoting even more what is already an excellence. It will have to become a beacon for health in the Center-South.
