Starwood Energy, a private investment firm, completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in Shannon Wind Farm of Innergex Renewable Energy, a developer, owner and operator of run-of-river hydroelectric facilities, wind energy, and solar farms. Financial terms were not disclosed.
