Invitation Homes, an owner and operator of single-family rental homes, and Rockpoint, a real estate private equity firm, agreed to form a $300m joint venture that will acquire high price-point single-family rental homes in premium locations. “This new JV will enable us to expand our growth opportunities and serve the growing number of renters by choice who place a high premium on location.
