Triton-backed Flokk, a manufacturer of office seating products, completed the acquisition of Connection Seating, a manufacturer of furniture. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This transaction is another example of how Flokk consolidates the fragmented European office seating market through targeted and value-creating acquisitions of attractive companies and brands.
