Ares Management completed the investment in SB Energy from Softbank for $600m.

Ares Management, an American global alternative investment manager operating in the credit, private equity and real estate markets, completed the investment in SB Energy, a climate infrastructure and technology platform from Softbank, a Japanese multinational conglomerate holding company, for $600m. “SoftBank launched SB Energy to accelerate access to reliable, cost-effective, renewable energy.
