APG-backed Fresche Solutions to acquire Trinity Guard.

APG-backed Fresche Solutions, a software company in Montreal, Canada, agreed to acquire Trinity Guard, a provider of security, auditing and detection software and services that provide vital capabilities to detect and protect against growing cybercrimes. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Regardless of where your data resides, everyone is at risk of getting hacked.
