Omega Energia to acquire Assuará project for $83m.

Synopsis

Omega Energia, a renewable energy provider, agreed to acquire Assuará project, a wind power generation plant with around 350MW in installed capacity, for $83m. Omega Energia estimates that the Assurua complex can reach close to 1,500 MW in installed capacity in the coming years.
