Stella Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a stake in By Malina, a provider of clothings from casual everyday wear to wedding gowns, and Soft Goat, offers top-quality cashmere at affordable prices. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We have been living and breathing our brand 365 days a year, for the last ten years now.
