Raia Drogasil, a drugstore companym completed the acquisition of a 50.75% stake in Healthbit, a software company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition is part of RD Ventures, a Corporate Venture Capital platform that seeks to invest in startups that contribute to Raia Drogasil's growth strategy and accelerate healthcare digitalization," Raia Drogasil.
