Oak Hill-backed Safe Fleet to acquire Labcraft.

Oak Hill-backed Safe Fleet, a manufacturer of electric tarp systems, tarps, gear motor technology and automated power solutions, agreed to acquire Labcraft, a manufacturer of low voltage LED lighting. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Labcraft is a great addition to the Safe Fleet family.
