Green Shield completed the acquisition of NKS Health and The Health Depot.

Green Shield, a not-for-profit health and dental benefits provider, completed the acquisition of NKS Health, a pharmaceutical services company that focuses on infused, injectable and biologic medications, and The Health Depot, an innovative online pharmacy. Financial terms were not disclosed.
