Vauban Infrastructure Partners completed the acquisition of a 20% stake in Paprec from Société Générale and Crédit Mutuel.

Vauban Infrastructure Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a 20% stake in Paprec, an integrated French waste and recycling company, from Société Générale and Crédit Mutuel. Financial terms were not disclosed, Paprec is the third largest player in the French waste management market. After this operation, Vauban will become Paprec's second largest shareholder.
