Aalberts to acquire UWS Technologie and Heat-Power 24.

Aalberts, a developer of technologies and projects to enhance building and product efficiencies, agreed to acquire UWS Technologie, a manufacturer of water treatment systems, and Heat-Power 24, a firm offering filling services and regular maintenance. Financial terms were not disclosed. The combined strength and knowledge of the service, innovation and digital teams will drive significant future growth in improving the energy efficiency of heating and cooling systems for the eco-friendly buildings end market. The experienced management team of UWS and Heat-Power will continue to manage the company and work closely together with Aalberts hydronic flow control, realising the growth plan.
