Egis to acquire Weston Williamson + Partners.

Egis, a construction engineering company, agreed to acquire Weston Williamson + Partners, an architectural firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “It is hugely exciting to secure the next phase of Weston Williamson + Partners’ development.
