URACA completed the acquisition of Hydroclean and SAT Dimaco.

URACA, a designer and manufacturer of high-pressure plunger pumps, completed the acquisition of Hydroclean and SAT Dimaco, a cleaning equipment companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. The main focus of URACA's business activities is the design and manufacturing of high-pressure plunger pumps and pump units. In addition to these segments, URACA is also present in the market as a supplier of complex high-pressure cleaning systems. URACA pumps are used in almost all industrial sectors, especially in the chemical and petrochemical industries as well as in heavy industry.
