Suburban Propane Partners to acquire a 25% stake in Independence Hydrogen for $30m.

Suburban Propane Partners, a nationwide distributor of propane, renewable propane, and other energy sources, agreed to acquire a 25% stake in Independence Hydrogen, a veteran-owned and operated supplier of gaseous hydrogen solutions, for $30m. "We believe in the role that hydrogen will play in the move toward decarbonization across many sectors of the economy.
