Visma completed the acquisition of Lyanthe.

Visma, a European supplier of business-critical software, completed the acquisition of Lyanthe, an accounting software company in Utrecht, Netherlands. Financial terms were not disclosed. Through the acquisition, Visma offers a complete automated processing line – from invoice to accounting – for the accountancy sector.
