SiriusPoint to invest in Golden Gate Capital-backed Mosaic Insurance.

SiriusPoint, a global insurer and reinsurer, agreed to invest in Golden Gate Capital-backed Mosaic Insurance, a next-generation global specialty insurer. Financial terms were not disclosed.
