HAL Holding, a holding company, offered to acquire Royal Boskalis Westminster, a global dredging and offshore contractor and maritime services provider, for $4.6bn. The Board of Management and Supervisory Board of Boskalis will carefully consider all aspects of the proposed offer in accordance with their fiduciary duties.
